1: Claim & Optimize your Facebook Page

Invite friends & family to like your page.

Claim your custom URL once you have 25 likes.

Upload your logo as the profile photo.

Create a nice header photo for your page with a before & after photo in the background.

Add Bathtub, Countertop, Shower, Sink, & Tile Refinishing to your services on Facebook.

Create a call to action button for your page, I prefer the call now button.

2: Post before & after photos of your Bathtub Refinishing work.

Be sure you rename each photo with the appropriate keyword, so a photo of a Clawfoot Bathtub before Refinishing should be renamed “Clawfoot Bathtub before refinishing in my town”.

It’s important to enter the location the photo was taken on Facebook.

Please add a description for each photo you upload to your Facebook Page.

Be sure you syndicate your content to relevant Facebook Groups as well.

Educating potential customers is the best way to convince them to hire you.

5: Marketing to Facebook Groups.

Join a group for Real Estate agents and message each realtor about your firm and include a coupon for them or their clients to use on a project.

Syndicate a blog post to a Facebook Group for realtors like “Learn how realtors use Refinishing to sell their listings faster at higher prices”.

Join or create a contractor referral group for your area on Facebook.

Join or create a Facebook group for real estate investors in your area.

8: Join the conversation on Facebook

Comment on posts relevant to your business and location. It creates awareness of who you are and what you do.

Like the Facebook pages of companies in a position to refer you business as yourself and your business.

Congratulate people on their achievements, it increases your visibility in the community.

If a plumber posts photos of work he performed, comment as your page on the quality of the work.

Refer business to companies in a position to refer you business via direct message. You have to give to receive.

9: Facebook Reviews
